Sip, Frost & Sync was CycleBae's first offline community event — and it exceeded every expectation.

We gathered a room full of women at the beautiful Gaia's Library in Koramangala for an evening of ice facial rituals, hormone-friendly mocktails, and raw, honest conversations about what it really means to live in sync with your cycle.

From candid discussions about energy crashes mid-luteal phase to laughter over "period brain" moments, the evening felt like everything the CycleBae app stands for — but in person.

We left feeling seen, nourished, and genuinely connected to each other and our own biology.
